International School on Parametric Nonlinear Optics : Classical, Quantum, Materials, Geometries, Devices and Applications

The school is labelled as an event of the International Year of Light, it is a thematic school of Centre National de la Recherche Scientifique (CNRS) and it is sponsored by the labex LANEF, the CNRS, the Société Française d’Optique (SFO) and the European Optical Society.
This international school is reserved for PhD students, Postdocs and Master students. It deals with various aspects of parametric nonlinear optics : classical and quantum pictures, geometries, materials, devices and applications. The aim is to bring to the attendees the concepts and basic modelling of parametric interactions as well as the latest theoretical and experimental advances in the field.
