Neutron scattering and methodological development for the study of the bacterial translocation machinery
Mercredi 4 juillet 2018 14:30
- Duree : 2 heures
Lieu : ILL 4, Amphi Chadwick - 71 avenue des Martyrs - Grenoble
Orateur : Soutenance de Thèse de Benjamin BROCCO
During the 40-50 minutes presentation, I will talk about the bacterial translocation machinery and the use of Neutron Scattering as a tool for biological studies. I will present my results about the biophysical analyses of the bacterial Holotranslocon, the functional and structural characterization of SecB-SecA-substrate complexes and the development of new isotope labeling strategies for biological molecules.
