The WCEECS’2014 is organized by ISET University in Tozeur, Tunisia. The Congress aims to connect theory and applications by demonstrating how graph-theoretic concepts can be applied in various areas of computer science. The goal is to present recent results and to identify and explore directions for future research. It will act as a major forum for the presentation of innovative ideas, approaches, developments, and research projects in the area of advanced Computer Science. It will also serve to facilitate the exchange of information between researchers and industry professionals to discuss the latest issues and advancement in the areas of E-Learning and Education. The WCEECS’2014 will assess the most progressive and exciting ideas for the future of E-Learning. This is truly an incredibly valuable movement as we move towards a flatter information structure for anyone who wants to learn. The Congress tackles 12 conferences and it looks for significant contributions to all major fields of the E-Learning, Education and Computer Science in theoretical and practical aspects. The aim of the WCEECS’2014 is to provide a platform to the researchers and practitioners from both academia as well as industry to meet and share cutting-edge development in the field
