Gliomas are adults most frequent primary brain tumors and are associated with a poor prognosis. Their management is complicated by the fact that their histological classification lacks reproducibility and prognostic accuracy. Therefore there is a need for precise diagnostic, prognostic and predictive markers to improve patients management and treatment. The aim of this presentation will be show how advances in gliomas molecular characterization as well as mathematical modeling of glioma growth can improve patients management.
