EpiNav - a new software platform to support epilepsy surgery

EpiNavTM is a software platform being developed at UCL (London, UK) with aim to support complete pathway of surgical treatment of epilepsy. This talk will demonstrate how our clinical workflow projects into functionality of EpiNavTM : image integration for strategical planning of intracranial EEG or resection ; SEEG implantation planning ; localisation of the implanted electrodes for SEEG interpretation ; the resection planning. We will summarize our developments in such key areas as segmentation of intracranial vascular tree, computer-assisted planning of SEEG, 4D SEEG analysis.
