Dynamic Contrast-Enhanced Ultrasonography (DCE-US) is a particularly attractive method to assess tumor microvasculature from the quantification of ultrasound contrast agents (CA) within lesion. This method does not yet benefit methodological tools imported from physics, in particular the numerical modeling to study this multiparametric problem at a micrometer scale hardly accessible by experimentation. In this context, I will present the first work of the team to model the dynamic of the ultrasound contrast agents within a simple vascular network and evaluate the reliability of the various methods of quantification of tumor vasculature.
