ATTENTION !!! SEMINAIRE ANNULE !!! Transmission Electron Microscopy as a tool for time-resolved cathodoluminescence spectroscopies
Jeudi 19 mars 2020 14:00
- Duree : 1 heure
Lieu : IRIG, Bât 10-05 - room 445, CEA Grenoble, 17 rue des martyrs
Orateur : Sophie MEURET (Centre d'élaboration de matériaux et d'études structurales (CEMES) du CNRS, Toulouse)
The development of time resolved Cathodoluminescence (TR-CL) enabled the measurement of the lifetime of excited state in semiconductor with a sub-wavelength spatial resolution. It was used for example to measure the influence of stacking fault on the GaN exciton [1], to probe the role of a silver layer on the dynamic of a YAG crystal [2] or to show the influence of stress on the optical properties of ZnO nanowires [3].
