Electron Glasses are highly disordered electronic systems having strong Coulomb interactions. The electric conductivity of these systems exhibits glassy phenomena s uch as slow relaxation to equilibrium, aging and memory effects. In my talk I will review the current state of the field of electron glasses. I will then present recent results obtained on discontinuous metal films. These films show unique temperature dependence of the dynamics ; among other features they demonstrate a crossover from classic to quantum glassy behavior and selective memory with regard to temperature. The significance of the results will be discussed.
